The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast offered a good variety of options. my room included l'occitane amenities, something i found quite luxurious. i also received a welcome gift of a local chocolate bar. It was such a sweet touch.
the lift made some strange noises sometimes though it always worked ok.

the hotel features a well-equipped gym open daily from 6 am to 10 pm. guests have access to cardio machines and free weights to maintain their fitness routine while traveling. towel service and complimentary water are available.

i must say the staff are so helpful, and they have a happy wine hour every day. it include once a week a happy 2 hour wine and cheese too. breakfast was very good also, with many options to choose. it is very easy to get to via paris metro and a short walk.
the street on which the hotel is located is a bit noisy. the sound isolation from the street is poor.

location was in a residential area and include lots of restaurants. there are bakery, fruit shops nearby, and a short walk to trocadero metro is possible. this made exploring the city very convenient.

rooms are of a good size for a hotel in this location. they were very cute and tastefully decorated with a beautiful balcony. the provided toiletries and coffee maker are details , made a real difference.

the staff was helpful with all our needs. lauren at reception greeted us on arrival and was cheerful. i enjoyed the complimentary glass of wine every evening after a busy day sight seeing.

great locationcomfy bedstrong noise
the location is great with metro and bus services close by. several bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance.. the staff are so lovely and helpful. i was offered an umbrella when it was raining. the bed was super comfy and the shower was great in my room.
the room had a strong noise behind the wall day and night. it was probably the ventilation system or something similar. it cost 250 euros per night.

staff were willing to go above and beyond to help with a smile. they arranged taxis for us on the morning of departure and helped with bags. i also received complimentary wine from 6-7pm everyday.
